Prior to founding Junto Health, Doug was partner and Executive Director of Blueprint Health, a health tech accelerator & micro-venture fund based in Soho, New York. Doug worked directly with 70+ startups, guiding them from the whiteboard to their first customers, investors, and advisors. While serving as Executive Director, Blueprint Health was named as one of the “10 Most Innovative Companies in Health” by Fast Company.
Doug received his BA from Dartmouth College, where he founded a social impact hedge fund, the Dartmouth Investment & Philanthropy Program (DIPP). The DIPP Fund was the first student-managed investment fund on the East Coast. Under his tenure, the DIPP portfolio outperformed the market and awarded those capital gains to philanthropic programs in New Hampshire's Upper Valley.

Prior to joining Junto Health, Rashida founded Method & Design, an independent design consulting agency where she worked with global corporations such as Johnson & Johnson and Spotify. Rashida was also a designer-in-residence at Blueprint Health where she advised early-stage companies who have grown into successful health tech companies today such as RubiconMD and BoardVitals. She began her career at New York advertising agency BBDO, where she worked on global brands such as M&M's, AT&T, FedEx.
Rashida received her Communications Design degree with honors from Parsons School of Design in 2011. Prior to completing her undergraduate education, she was awarded a Van Lier Scholarship to and began designing at the young age of 15. She was also the winner of OneClub pitch competition.
During his tenure as Managing Director at Blueprint Health, Doug saw a gap in the ecosystem. Executives across multiple verticals were working in similar problems, but were not working together to deliver innovative solutions.
There the first codevelopment consortium for digital health was born, bringing together dozens of member organizations like Samsung, Mount Sinai, AstraZeneca, and Aetna every quarter for private summits. Using Junto Health's unique process, members launched multi-stakeholder "cluster projects" around shared interests and market opportunities.
